best cook book/show

Post by Salah bourouba »

which is the best cookbook/show that you've seen or read that gives you the right and actual ingredients and measurements of delicious food?

most of the ones I've seen especially books, give the wrong measurement or missing ingredients
Recite in the name of your Lord who created [*] Created man from a clinging substance [*] Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous [*] Who taught by the pen [*] Taught man that which he knew not.
The Quran. Surah Al Alaq

I normally just go online when I need a particular recipe. I watch cook shows for fun and inspiration, so I don't pay particular attention to measurement. Shows like The Kitchen, Chopped, basically Food Network Shows. My favourite online "cookbook" includes Bigger Bolder Baking, and Food Network App, these are the ones I can remember from the top of my head that gives exact measurement. Ah, and allrecipes.
Today's me is better than yesterday's me.

My favorite cookbook is one that the congregation of my childhood church, Bethany Lutheran Church, created. It includes all of the favorite recipes from growing up. My grandparents, aunts, uncles, my mom, and many other members added their special family recipes. Chicken divan has always been my favorite meal from this very precious cookbook.
