Nothing is dangerous within a limit. Small cups of coffee are good for health and stress. I drink filter coffee when I get head aches. It's the best stress buster for me.

I enjoy a good cup of morning jo, although after becoming an adult I found if I skipped a day I would become overwhelmingly tired, wondering why, I looked it up and found.... coffee does not give you energy it deadens the nerves that tell your brain your tired. The more you deaden them the more you become tired and the nerves scream at you when the cafine wears off.

I think it’s healthy as long as it’s not full of cream and sugars.

While coffee certainly does have its health benefits, I have had issues with the sheer amount of caffeine I would consume at once. I eventually became dependent on coffee for energy. Since then, I've significantly cut down on any caffeine intake and no longer consume coffee, but certainly, there are still benefits for others!

Fascinating information. I don't think one or two cups a day will not do any harm. So, I try to limit my coffee/tea intake. But I can't entirely give up coffee :shock2: I will be sleepy throughout the day if not for the dark golden liquid in the cup

Due to episodes of anxiety at times, I stay away from most caffeinated drinks, including coffee. There are times I only do herbal beverages to mitigate the feelings of anxiety.

Well that's a lot of unnecessary information. I don't drink too much coffee but I like white coffee. I think coffee does not stimulate me or make me more alert but it is good to know all that.

My physician told me to drink “brewed” coffee. Hence, I would more likely say that it’s not that bad. The bad thing is drinking too much and without regulation.

Thanks for the insight. I used to indulge in too much coffee before and started having palpitations and ringing in my ears. Now that I've cut down on it, I feel better.
