1) Clean the fish.
2) Salt the fish.
3) Put it in the hot oil.
4) Take out the crunchy fish.

Also, ginger, garlic and turmeric...inclusive with the spices you have listed above...you will have a perfect fried fish, trust me.iloka_selina wrote: ↑05 Mar 2018, 04:42 *Wash ur raw fish with water and salt after cutting

Fish gets cooked very quickly, why do you put it in a pot and cook it before frying it?iloka_selina wrote: ↑05 Mar 2018, 04:42 *Wash ur raw fish with water and salt after cutting

I have never done it that way before, I go straight to frying after washing, cutting, and seasoning.

And bought our pretty crowns, but never paid the price

Find me on my knees with my soul laid bare

What do you do with the stock afterwards? You say that you preserve it but for what? Do you use it to make a sauce?iloka_selina wrote: ↑05 Mar 2018, 04:42 *Wash ur raw fish with water and salt after cutting

You can probably find it on her website on the internet or on Roku search for that episode. There were several different ways she made fish, but that was the most interesting as there was no mess. She even set that package on the dinner plate to be opened by the diner. I would call it dry steam-cooked fish.
