I personally like my food but my boyfriend on the other hand doesn't like my food so I have had to learn to cook what he likes.

I haven't been cooking actively so didn't have a chance to test myself that well but I think you can get better at anything with practice.

I think I'm a good cook. Maybe that's because I like what I make (LOL) and only occasionally cook for others. I do love to cook, so I think that helps me to be successful at it. I will tweak a recipe until I get it just right.

I find cooking enjoyable when it's just for me to eat. I'm not sure how to cook for others. During the lockdown, when I was single, I cooked for myself, learned a lot, and relished the entire process. However, after getting married, cooking seems to have slipped from my memory.

Nope, I'm actually a terrible chef. I wish i could be better and I hope to be better. I would have to put more hours into learning.

I am not the best cook, I am not even average yet, as I have been making the same dishes for a long time.

I know I'm a good cook. 😊 I often get positive feedbacks whenever my friends come over. And I always enjoy my own meals

I used to cook every day, but now that I am 71, I don't. This is because I cooked for 40 years and when my husband retired 5 years back, I told him he could do the cooking and washing up. He likes it and that is just fine with me. No more keeping the supper warm till he comes home and no remarks about the quality of the meal. Haha.

Hello,
No, I absolutely suck at cooking. Sometimes my ego boosts and I enter the kitchen just to make a disaster and feel overwhelmed.

I really appreciate the hobby and talent of cooking. But I don't think I can fit maybe because I am always in hurry to eat. 😭

So, yeah I don't.

Regards,

Yes,i have been forced to cook from a young age. You have to make mistakes in the kitchen to get it right. I don't think it is a talent as much as a skill to learn. The first time I made cookies i left them for so long in the oven that they were impossible to bite.
