The supremecy of eggs consumes the entirety of me. As someone who isn't very good at cooking, I usually rely on eggs and come up with new recipes every time I eat one. Everything I've tried, whether fried, cooked, or with soup, has worked for me.

My favorite meal to cook is Korean food. The flavors and taste are the most exciting to me. I also love experimenting with pasta and different Italian combinations. Now I am hungry!

My favorite food to cook is Rice and Stew with fired chicken and fried ripe plantain. I do not know why I love that food so much, but I just do. You should try it. It is delicious.

I am 71 years old, and I told my husband when he retired, he can do the cooking. I am still working from home, but sure enough, he is the cook. What a relief. He used to work from 7 to sometime between 7- 9 (self-employed too) and I made supper and my daughter, and I waited. It is funny that when I come home late, sometimes he has made something and sometime nothing. Ha, I never didn't make anything. But I don't care what he makes, it is so nice to have him do that job, and he does the dishes too. Happy wife! He asked and I wrote out all my favorite suppers and taped them on the inside of the cabinets. Goulash, chili, chicken dinner, tuna salad sandwiches, etc. He likes doing it. I do the washing and cleaning the inside the house and my pond and hosta garden and he does the outside work: mowing and exterior of the house maintenance.
