Cook jollof rice using tomato for the stew. If there is no tomato, use red oil. It is sweet.

Exploring West African cuisine further is a current culinary goal. Dishes like Nigerian suya or Ghanaian jollof spaghetti are on my list to try, bringing new and exciting flavors to my repertoire.

I recommend ‘tomato ravioli’. I have heard lots of good things about it. I have not tried it myself, but I intend to one day. I hope you find your comfort meal!
