As much as I love cooking, there's just something about frying that I've just never liked. I still do it, and the results are almost always definitely worth it, but I just hate having to do it for some reason! It's always been this way and I don't really have a good explanation as to why- maybe how loud it is, or the oil that can sometimes make a mess? Maybe I've been burned one too many times by tiny flying drops of oil, either way, hate frying.
I'm curious if anyone else has something like this, a type of cooking that you just can't enjoy, or a specific way to prepare food that you ask someone else to do for you (I hate using a grater!)
