Any gluten free people around here?

I haven't seen any threads regarding gluten free recipes, so I decided to start one. I'm gluten intolerant so I cook and bake gluten free exclusively. Anyone with any gluten free recipes and/or recommendations, please share. I get most of my baking recipes from Gluten Free on a Shoestring and it's never done me wrong. I don't have a default resource for cooking but I do tend to cook many south Asian dishes because they're often gluten free inherently.
