I begun cooking from the age of 7 or 8. My first meal was Indomie 😌 But I properly started cooking when I was around 10 and 11 years. Stew, rice, jollof rice, etc.

I started to learn cooking at 13 years old, well mostly because my mother thought it was time. However, my father disagreed and that's why I learned at quite an older age. Most people in my culture started at 10 and my sister did. I love making stew although it tastes horrible. I found a love for baking. From flat banana, burnt cake to a better state, now it is very fluffy and delicious.

I started cooking at age 6. My first meal was porridge. I acknowledge my late dad for such an amazing commitment to teach me how to cook at 8 I was able to cook pilau beef stew and vegetables.

I started cooking when I was 6, most times I watch my mum while cooking which really helped me. I have younger siblings so at times I would have to cook for them whenever my mum isn't around.

I have been cooking since I was about 10 years old! I have always enjoyed cooking and it was a family activity for my family. My mom and dad both taught me how to cook.

I started helping my mom at a very young age. My age 9 or 10 I was trying things on my own. I used to love watching the Cooking Channel and it would inspire me to make and try new dishes.

I started at the age of 18. Before that I knew how to cook but because of my studies, my mom told me to focus more on my books. After finishing grade 12 until now I cook from Monday to Saturday and my mom cooks on Sundays. I think it depends with family, I was going to say it depends with culture but now that I think about it, if my mom followed the cultural thought I would have been cooking at the age 13. Back in my country, girls aged 10 are already cooking.

I cooked a lot with my mom when I was a kid. So cooking was something that was always around. My mom always said that being able to take care of yourself with good food was so important and I never forgot that

I started cooking at about 12 years old. I started with something simple: eggs. I am pretty sure I burned them!
