It is cold shawarma for me. Shawarmas made in my country are usually big enough to fill you and still have leftovers, so I save it and refregirate it till the morning.

An unusual favorite of mine is sweet potato breakfast bowls—just roast sweet potatoes and top them with yogurt, nuts, and a drizzle of honey. It’s a bit different but so gooood.

I really like hashbrowns on toasted bread [everything bagel is the best] with avocado, hot sauce and grilled onions. I know its a weird combo for a sandwich but its delicious!
