I have always known how to crochet, since I was 7 years old. Now I'm investing in books about knitting and I want to learn how to make a woolen quilt. I'm struggling . I guess I am not as patient as I used to be but I am going to soldier on.

Like many people recently, I've been busy sewing masks for my family.

I've also dabbled in countless other crafts over time, and love hearing what everyone is working on!
This is very thoughtful of you.

I just started a new project and I am making a book sleeve for my sister! I taught myself through YouTube videos about 8 years ago. I have a shop on Etsy! It’s a fun way for me to relax.
I would love to learn how to crochet one day. Then, I will make my own sweater

I'm learning how to blend and shade with colored pencils and exploring new color combinations to create depth and vibrancy. I also want to be able to create realistic textures, like fur or wood.
Congrats on have an artistic bone in your body. My git lost a long time ago.

I started dancing as a form of workout. But I won't lie, I've got no dancing skills 😂

Now I have two more little girls to do this for so I need to work faster! Doing it this way means I can have new dollhouses and play scenes frequently without having to go to the store and buy them, plus the kids can help. The older ones come up with their own ideas so it's a wonderful time.
I remember when I used to do this. Good old times

Is it like those slightly-3D acrylic pieces where they pile on the paint until it sticks out of the canvas?

Jada Hawkins-Hill wrote: 10 Sep 2023, 19:00 I’ve recently started making my own rugs for family and friends! This idea was inspired because I had just moved to my first apartment and wanted a large rug, however, I did not like the price for a big rug. Naturally a creative person, I decided to make my own! After a year of scouring the internet about rug tufting, I took the leap to start about a month ago. Acquiring all of the equipment has been a little expensive, but finally having a creative outlet has been worth it! So far, I’ve made four rugs (a bass for my brother who loves fishing, a portrait of a former instructor’s newborn granddaughter and his business logo, and currently working on a logo for a former coworker), and have several orders in queue to start on!

I'm currently not working on anything in particular. I would love to learn a skill tho, as I feel it would help me in the long run.

My daughter and I are crocheting these Woobles - little stuffed animals. The coolest aspect is that they make instructional videos available in both left- and right- handed formats. This finally made crochet understandable to my little lefty girl 🧒

I love embroidery; it adds a special touch to fabric. But I haven't had much time to do any lately.

I'm currently tinkering with a digital art project, blending colors and shapes to create something uniquely expressive. It's like painting with pixels, a mesmerizing dance of creativity on the digital canvas!
