Biryani

Cooking Biryani is such an amazing work to do. Because it tastes so appetizing and tremendous. And the way it is decorated that's out of this world.

Indeed the aroma of biryani cooking fills the air, tantalizing the senses and drawing everyone to the kitchen. Each spoonful offers a burst of spices and tender meat, making it a truly unforgettable culinary experience.

I love Biryani! Especially the bone in pieces which has been cooked for a long time.

I've actually been so impressed with just how versatile biriyani can be. I love that the spices and ingredients change so much based on the region. My favorite biriyani is Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani. Do any of you have a favorite kind?
