I like my protein drinks really icy. I start with a vegan based protein powder, one banana, ice, oatmilk or almond milk, blue spirulina powder, peanut butter or peanut butter powder and chai seeds.

I do not drink protein shakes. I get most of my protein from eggs. I suppose I could make an egg shake! However, It likely would not taste as good.

Growing up I had a problem with getting enough calories, so I would drink Carnation Breakfast Essentials in lieu of skipping breakfast - it was basically a chocolate protein powder that I would add to milk in the morning. I don't buy it anymore, but at the time it was great.
