Generally full from dinner but do occasionally have a treat a hour or so after. It's generally a fruit but pretzels sometimes.

It depends on the meal. If the meal is sweet, no. If the meal is savory but high-sodium, no. If the meal is reasonable in all aspects, yes.

I love desserts and used to eat one after a meal regardless but since I am getting up there I tend to go for healthier desserts like fruits after a meal.
