I like to make little snack plates with whatever odds and ends I have on hand. I'll start with a couple of baby dill pickles and a few cubes or slices of whatever cheese I find in the refrigerator, and then I add sliced deli meat, pepperoni, nuts, fresh or dried berries, maybe half a boiled egg, etc. It's quick, easy, and healthy, and it feels sort of luxurious to have small bites of a lot of different things.

Greek yogurt, frozen assorted berries, drizzled with honey. Quick, easy, healthy, and delicious.
