Start by learning smaller recipes. Dont start with trying to make something overly complicated, failing miserably and getting too disappointed.

I think you should pick a few recipes you’d like to try and buy the ingredients and supplies as you go. A good kitchen takes years to develop so don’t worry if you don’t have everything yet!
