I only craved fast food when I used to eat it. Now I have zero cravings for fast food. It actually repulses me now. It's funny how your taste buds change when you eat healthier.

I don't know what they add to fast food/junk food. But I crave it often. It gets really difficult to quit for me. I feel like it's some sort of addiction. Home cooked meals are healthy, but I don't crave for it. I like burgers and french fries a lot.

For me it's definitely home cooked meals because they are healthier, fresher, cheaper, and I can control the ingredients. To save time in preparing meals, I like to cook things in quantity so I can easily freeze dishes like soup, stews, and chilis. I also like to chop and freeze ingredients such as onions, mushrooms, and peppers to cut down on the time to cook recipes.

I prefer homemade because they are more filling and I know what’s in them. However I do think I prefer pizza ordered out because I find it hard to make and it’s a comfort food. I let fast food be a treat but most of my cravings are for specific homemade dishes even if I’m tempted to get fast food when I’m out.

Fast food. Most people that cook a lot will let you know that they sometimes lose their appetite of their own food while cooking. This is where fast food is essential. The love for fast food is even greater knowing that you did not have to prepare for it .

Home cooked meal of course. A lot cheaper, more delicious (if we can make it right) and healthier because we know what we put in there. It will be wonderful if we grow ourselves the foods we eat too.

I prefer home cooked meals. Fast food can be delicious, but oftentimes it can be expensive and less healthy than home cooked!

It really depends on the day! Sometimes, I crave the convenience and flavors of fast food, but other times, there's nothing quite like the comfort and satisfaction of a home-cooked meal.
