At What Age Did You Start Cooking Food?

Started in middle school. I hated having to cook at such a young age.

Around 8, just little stuff. By 14, you could say I had "graduated."

I started cooking at 14 years. I wish I started earlier though.

For me 14 is really early. I started cooking after I was 16 years old.

I started cooking rice at the age of 10. And I started cooking dishes such as fried eggs, and hotdog when I was 11 or maybe 12.

For real? I always ended up burning everything in my kitchen while making just a cup of tea or even maggi.

I think about 8-9 years old. By the time I was ,13 years old, I was cooking for the family (of 6), and I could make pounded yam single handedly- a daunting meal even for some adults.
I still don't like cooking though. I just do it cos I have to.

Hat's off to you. I could have never done that. I cannot even cook for myself let along for 6 other people in my family.

I think I started around 12 becuase I became a girl scout and you needed to make your own food and stuff.

I started cooking I think at the age of 9 or 10.I'm used to watching my mom cook when I was young and I get to like it so even at a young age I already learn how to cook some basic foods.
