I love bread with butter or with jam. I'm not a lover of peanut butter so I’ll pass

Pread with butter and some type of sweet coating is the best. I love it with honey. Good for the immune system as well.

I am all for it other than peanut butter, I just can't get used to its taste.

I don't like butter that much but peanut butter is the king of them all.

I've never heard of putting butter on a peanut butter and jam/jelly sandwich. Love peanut butter in general and it's always good with jam/jelly, but too much nut butter I think can add pounds to one's profile.

I've never combined all three into a single sandwich. I'm used to bread, butter, cheese, and even mayonnaise. Bread, jam, and peanut butter. But I didn't know bread, butter, jam, and peanut butter were a thing.

A warm slice of freshly baked whole-grain bread, generously spread with creamy peanut butter and a dollop of homemade berry jam, makes for a simple yet satisfying breakfast or snack.

I have made that combination before. It sure did add to my weight! I packed on the butter for sure. I want to add black pepper next time.

I only like one at a time. I think using the three is bad for my health because it makes me want more.

Do you like bread with all three or just one?

Does it add to your weight like it did to mine?
I have never thought of eating that combination. I only eat bread with butter when I am out from home. At home, I eat my toast with extra virgin olive oil. I recommend it. It might not help you lose weight, but it will not add more; the advantage is that it is healthier.
