I'm amazed at everyone's honesty. It's so lovely. It's okay for us all to have different opinions towards the same approach. Besides, at some point, we all just gotta eat!
Most times, I fall flat on my face. But never do I remain on the floor; I rise again.

I guess it depends on what I am making. Sometimes how I feel after a long day of work. If it is something fun and new it feels rewarding knowing I can make something new that I felt I couldn't before. Sometimes if it's the same thing over time, it doesn't feel good to cook

Eager. I can't wait to see how it turns out. My favorites are the recipes that take time and layers of prep. Today I made a pineapple habanero salsa and I smiled the whole time. It essentially melted my face once complete but still totally worth it.

Cooking usually makes me anxious. I'm always doubting myself and sure I'm going to get something wrong.

I love to cook. It was one of the things I do to calm my nerves. If I had to put a list a feeling, I would say content or happy. Depending on what is going on around me. Cooking is about creating something for family, and that means a lot to me. :)

I feel at peace. The kitchen is my home and where I can make wonderful foods for the people I love. Cooking is magic.

Kitchen is my stage. I literally sing and dance while I cook. Pretending to be in a cooking show makes it more fun! All in all, cooking is fun but it is more enjoyable when you're cooking for someone you love.

It depends. If it is something I make on a regular basis then I don't really feel anything. If I make something new as a challenge and it turns out, it feels wonderful.

Honestly, I do not like to cook at all. Maybe I'd have liked it at some point if it wasn't labelled as a girl's work and therefore my work. Where I'm from, it's rare to see males prepare food even for themselves. The female around usually has to serve them. I'm not feminist, but I hate that I can't cook by choice. (Of course, I'd have a choice if I was out of school and not leaving with my traditional parents). So, cooking makes me feel like my life is restricted to what society demands of me only. I do not usually feel happy cooking.
