My specialty is mile high apple pie. I make a nice, flaky, homemade crust. I pile the apples quite high! The top crust needs to be a bit larger to cover it all. I use foil around the edges so it never burns. My grandfather named me his M.P.B. which stood for Master Pie Builder.

I love cooking jollof rice. It's a meal from Nigeria. It is very tasty and less time consuming.
