Coffee or hot tea in the cooler months. Sometimes I also like to indulge in a steaming cup of cocoa too.

In the warmer months, it's always iced tea or infused water.

I love to snuggle in a blanket with a cup of hot chocolate....it really doesn't matter what time of year it is!

My favorite beverage while reading depends on a lot of factors. What season it is, what book I'm reading at the moment and where I'm at. If I'm reading in bed (no matter the season) it's tea. If I'm outside on the porch, or the yard, or in a hammock during the summer, I prefer iced tea or wine. If I'm in the house it's definitely a hot beverage, usually hot cocoa, or coffee, or tea. So yeah, ice tea, wine, cocoa, coffee or tea. Those are my preferences :D

Tea might be your thing but I find the coffee brew conducive to happy reading

I usually eat crackers while reading. If I had to pick a drink, a cup of coffee would do just fine.

I have never read while drinking any sort of alcohol. Can't imagine it helps with concentration or comprehension. Then again when I drink wine I am usually very social and chatty.

I find that while I'm reading, I don't take a break to look up and sip a drink, so i generally don't prepare a drink for that time. Even when I have a drink in front of me, I try to consume it quickly so that I can focus more on reading and less on drinking.

A lovely glass of red wine does it for me! I live in the tropics so it doesn't quite work unless I crank up the A/C!

There's nothing better than a hot cup of black coffee (medium/dark), sitting in a chair on the patio. If I'm feeling really saucy, I'll pour a little Irish Creme creamer in there.
