Home made Alfredo pasta it was great. The noodles were home made too, it's easier than I thought it would be. I'll post the recipe tomorrow since I don't have access to it now.

I cooked Indian Bread (Parathas) and a very spicy curry. I cook each and every day!

Today I am making a basic Crockpot Dump cake. I layered fresh blueberries and a can of Coconut milk with a drizzle of honey into the crockpot. I mixed a stick of butter with a Lemon cake mix and dropped it on top. It is still cooking, but it smells and looks amazing!

That sounds delicious!

I made some brown sugar cinnamon muffins this weekend, and the weekend prior was a batch of funfetti cupcakes for a birthday party. I love to bake ... too bad it has such a negative impact on one's waistline!

Well, this is timely! I'm waiting for my vegan pumpkin rolls to rise in the other room and thought I'd kill some time online. I just joined this site and I'm afraid I'll not want to get up in about 30 minutes to check on the dough.

I'm supposed to be brushing the inside of the rolls with pumpkin butter but I'm going to use apple butter instead. It's perpetual autumn in this house.

Unfortunately, I didn't bake or cook anything today. But I can say that I love trying out new recipes, and I secretly go for anything that goes in the dessert category. I have continuously made over 4-5 cupcake recipes, each one failing miserably.
