Yes, I am aware of meal prepping, and I do it often. Cooking meals in bulk saves time in terms of the actual cooking process and the deciding what to eat process. Typically, I cook a lot of rice, then a lot of chicken (or pork), and as for the veggies, I usually cook them fresh with the meal or put them on side raw.

Meal prep is a great idea but I usually have the time to cook during the week and don’t don’t need to prep. I do however know some friends who do meal prep and they find it to be such a lifesaver because it is such a great time saver.

I have done a lot of research on meal prepping and grocery lists to go with it. It can be time-consuming, especially when you are starting. It can save so much time throughout the week though. I like to do it on Sunday and prepare a couple of different proteins and veggies. It doesn't have to be difficult.

I like meal prepping. We often do it with my grandma and it has been our bonding for a long time. Through the work is really comprehensive and I don't have as much time to cook recently.

Prep meals always come in hand if busy, have kids around you . Otherwise the option is to cook and eat fresh food.

Yes meal prepping is a good thing especially to those of us who dislike cooking, you only need to cook once in a day or two.

Yes, meal prepping is an excellent way to make several days of (usually healthy) meals at once. This concept is frequently used with weight management or weight loss as it takes the guess work out of calories, portions, and decreases temptation to veer off course of a healthy diet.

We do meal prep. My grandmother has given me many foods that she meal prepped. There are many different things that you can freeze after prepping. This makes life easier.

Meal prepping is a life saver for busy weeks but if I could, I would cook daily for fresh food. But I do meal prep and freeze some away due to time poverty.

Meal prepping is good because you get all ingredients needed ready before you start cooking. It makes cooking easier and prevents you from running around the kitchen looking for things.

You are right. I am not big on cooking, but when ever I do, I ALWAYS prep first. It saves me time and strength.

I have always wanted to meal prep but never got down to doing it coz I feel like it will occupy too much space in my refrigerator. But I will surely do it at some point.

I am actually a bit obsessive about meal planning and prepping. I work at home, live outside of town in an area tucked into the corner of a forest, and don't have a car. Twice a month, I have groceries delivered - it's a lifesaver, but it also requires extensive planning. Fortunately, I love to cook, so I find the whole process fulfilling - planning, trying new recipes, prepping, and (especially) challenging myself to find creative ways to make sure no food is wasted.

Yup, a good idea! It’s like a blossoming culinary trend and a delightful practice that harmoniously combines artistry and practicality. I’ve done this before!
