French fries all the way, with lots and lots of ketchup.
Also, my mom has this amazing "secret" recipe )
just cut them up in small pieces, put them in the oven with some olive oil, water, and salt, uncovered and FORGET about them. They will get so tasty and crunchy, it is fantastic.
