Chocolate is definitely my go-to. If I'm feeling fancier then I might opt for donuts, because, yum! But chocolate hits the spot every time without missing once. My favourites are Kit Kats! I love them so much and could go through a few bars, easy

I don't have a comfort food anymore. I just want to eat. In South Africa its currently winter. Honestly winter just proves to me how i just enjoy food and I have stopped characterising it into" favorites "and "not so favorites". Ask me again in Summer I might tell you

My favorite comfort food is always Indian! I love a big warm bowl of curry and rice. I also really enjoy pizza!

I try not to eat comfort food. It usually leads to weight gain over time. If I crave something, I make a healthy version of it.

Pasta. Any kind of pasta. I just enjoy the different flavors and varieties. You can do so much with it. I cannot abide by store bought jars or cans of sauce. Give me a recipe with garlic and crushed red pepper. Mmmmm, so good.

This question makes me wonder if I do have any comfort food. Because I eat any food except those I am allergic to.

For me is chocolate. I always have several dark chocolate bars at home and sometimes other varieties. I get crazy about cakes but I find it difficult to control my instinct if I have cakes at home.

Definitely chocolate is a comfort food! But many foods can be comforting as long as they are fresh, delicious, and filling. Many times, it's just whatever I'm craving at the moment that becomes my comfort food.

My comfort food is peanut butter. I will eat it on whole wheat bread, with crackers or just by itself.

Potatoes (in almost any form). Or over-easy eggs. Peanut butter is up there, too.
