I've never tried making pancakes without eggs. I have made other recipes, such as flatbreads, with bought egg replacers, but I have never tried the egg replacer in pancakes. It would be interesting to try and see if it works in pancakes. Also, maybe try banana pancakes the next time I have a craving for them.

I have. The difference is that the pancake is less fluffy. I prefer it with an egg. It does not taste bad, but it is not my preference.

Actually, I have! They were fabulous! I was low on ingredients and ended up finding a recipe under the website Nora Cooks which only needed a few ingredients that I had on hand. It ended up being fluffier and better than the ones we usually made! We've made them more often since - especially for "Breakfast Dinners" and pair them with a variety of fruit, syrups and whipped cream.
