I love tripe tacos! Sounds gross but they are so yummy! My SO (significant other) is American and he gags at the idea of eating them lol.

To avoid the harm caused by processed and refined foods, a good general rule is “if it comes in a bag or a box, don’t eat it.” I try to follow this rule as much as possible.

I wouldn't be able to try tripe either lol, but I guess growing up with it would have been different. I'll take your word for it that it's good

Palabok. It's a citrus-y Filipino noodle dish, usually w/ shrimp and boiled egg, and I think it's absolutely delicious. However, I once brought it to school as a kid, and a "friend" of mine kept making gagging noises at the smell.
That really hurt my feelings back then.
