I prefer smoothies, and my favorite is quite simple:

Green Smoothie:
1 ripe banana
Bunches of kale or spinach
1 packet of Stevia (natural sweetener)
Ice
Nondairy milk (I used unsweetened coconut/almond milk blend)

That's it! Kale and spinach are two of the most nutrient-dense foods, so it's very healthy to add them to smoothies.

I wanted to add another smoothie suggestion here (and it's definitely smoothies rather than cereal for me):

Very Berry Smoothie:
*Non-dairy unsweetened milk
*Ice cubes
*Mixed frozen berries
*Handful of raw spinach
*Small packet of Stevia (sweetener)

Blend all.

Note: you can also add a banana in for extra sweetness.

I don't consider smoothies as breakfast, so cereal it is. My favourite is cornflakes.

I like to eat Honey Bunches of Oats with fresh berries on top for breakfast. I also like Oatmeal with a little brown sugar and raisins. I enjoy smoothies throughout other parts of the day. My favorite is a berry smoothie.

Smoothies! It's not even a debate. I had a milk and banana smoothie recently, and it was lovely.

I love smoothies. My favorite is something my grandma made for me all the time growing up. We would freeze it and it was awesome for the morning. It was just frozen strawberries, a banana, and orange juice. Simple but yet to good.

If smoothies what is your favorite smoothie?
Cereals, and consider that they're easy to prepare. So cereals!
