I don't eat cereal, so smoothies would definitely have my vote. They should be balanced though, not too sweet but not too bland.

If breakfast, then smoothie! They make me feel fuller for longer than cereal does. Cannot currently decide which is more delicious in general.

I usually do smoothies and toast because they are more healthy and more filling that cereal. And they can be made so many different ways! My favorite combo is peaches and vanilla extract- it tastes like peaches and cream 😋

How is this even a question? Cereal!

Being from England and visiting America almost every year when I was younger made me love 'Froot Loops', I even order them on amazon when I can spare some cash (very expensive).

But you can't beat an 'American' style breakfast - pancakes, eggs, sausage patties, bacon, hashbrowns!

I prefer cereal over a smoothie, but sometimes a banana smoothie hits the spot better than cocoa puffs.

Cereal, definitely. In hot weather either Shredded Wheat or Wheat Chex. and in cold weather oatmeal with raisins and maple syrup.

I love a smoothie! Lately it's vanilla soya milk, banana and barley grass juice powder.

I love a smoothie! They are easy to take on the go. Strawberry, banana is my standard.

I don’t actually like to drink my calories unless it’s coffee related, so I will always choose solid food. I actually love cereal too, especially vanilla almond special K.

Smoothies never fill me up. I would rather have a bowl of cereal with almond milk. I normally eat Kashi cereal :)
