Definitely cereal. While smoothies are filling, it doesn’t feel like a breakfast to me.

A smoothie. Bananas, blueberries, protein powder, raspberries, and coconut cream. It's also a very filling smoothie!

Strawberry and blueberry smoothies soothe my soul. But to be honest, I eat cereal with the same fruits with far greater frequency.

Mango-flavored Smoothie is my favorite. I do not like cereal. Rather, egg omellete would be nice. With bread

If cereal then which cereal do you like?

If smoothies what is your favorite smoothie?
I pick smoothly because it involves less true than you see if you're eating cereal.

Definitely smoothies. Orange and pineapple is great. I also love to make a chocolate smoothie with bananas berries pecans or peanut butter protein powder & vitamins (optional) and of course chocolate anytime of day.

Both smoothies and cereals are what I love and it's really hard being told to only pick one option. If I'm to pick I'll get definitely go with both

I find the texture of a smoothie weird so I usually prefer cereal.

I prefer a cereal over a smoothie. Cereals have a wider range while smoothies don't.

I prefer cereal. Smoothies aren't that filling for me. A good, healthy cereal that's high in fiber makes me feel fuller for longer.
