Bread, jam, butter and peanut butter

Post by VAwkOb12 »

I used to eat bread with a bit of jam, butter and peanut butter and it tasted so good but made so chubby !!

Do you like bread with all three or just one?

Does it add to your weight like it did to mine?

I've done jam and butter on bread, but never the three together. I've also used margarine instead of butter, which was not the healthiest, but oh so delicious! Yes, I am sure if I ate it too much I would gain weight too. But I haven't had it in years. More so when I was a teenager.

I have never tried that, but I love a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich.

I like both of them and so when I go shopping I buy both and believe me I use them concurrently.

I only like bread with peanut butter. I’ve tried bread with jam and peanut butter, but I didn’t like it much. I’ve definitely never tried all three together. I’m just a picky eater.

I like peanut butter more than any other spread. This does not mean I like bread so much. I prefer pancakes to bread. I think the fact that it was my daily breakfast during my school days made me dislike it.

I actually love bread with oeanut butter, a sliced up banana and a liiiitttle bit of maple syrup. It is actually my standard breakfast, just because it tasty and easy to make. I eat just one slice, so I am not worried about my weight.

I haven't tried all three together but I do like butter and jam together, and peanut butter and jam together.

I like plain toasted bread with little ghee. Or fruit jam or gulkand (rose petal jam). I don't have sweet tooth so I can tolerate to only a certain level of sweetness.

The carbs in bread definitely put on the pounds! I usually just have butter in my toast or bread, no jam

I actually used to dislike bread for some reason. Adding jam, butter, or peanut butter never really did anything for me. Nowadays, I eat toast occasionally, usually paired with soft-boiled eggs.

I don't add butter, and sometimes I don't add jam if I'm not in the mood for something sweet. I pair this with a cup of hot black coffee😍
