Do you like salads too?

What salads do you most prefer?

Black beans, sweet corn, bell peppers, lettuce, carrots, shredded cheese and smoked turkey.
A little mayo, mustard and olive oil for the dressing.

I love adding something like rice, quinoa, or baked sweet potatoes for some substance!

I'm not a very big fan of lettuce. I like to make salads with a lot of extra items such as cucumbers, eggs, chicken, beans, bacon bits, carrots, corn, and croutons. I add a small amount of lettuce with this mixture. Unfortunately, it takes a lot more prep to make a salad like this, so I don't have salad often.

I like most kinds of salad. It has the most proteins, especially macaroni, that I will always need to sustain my diet. All of them, for me, are the best!
