I like nutella, it's one of the few spread that one can have on it's own. I remember coming back from school and just having a spoonful of nutella.
Today's me is better than yesterday's me.

Globablly and environmentally, Nutella is not a great product because of the palm oil. If you are concerned about the planet, one of the best options you have as a consumer is to try and buy locally produced foods first.

Wow you do your own Nutella? Now I'm jealous.

I used to love Nutella, but I can't eat it much anymore. It gives me terrible indigestion and heartburn, especially at night. I can only have a very small amount.

I hate it! I can't even stand the smell. Yuk. I don't eat peanut butter either.

If you like Nutella but are concerned about the un-healthiness of it, you can make your own from good ingredients (natural or organic is best). Try using any nut butter that you like, such as peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, etc. It's best to choose the ones with nuts as the only ingredient or at least choose ones without added oils, sugar or preservatives. You can mix cocoa or cacao powder with honey or maple syrup, and then stir in your choice of nut butter. It's delicious! Even if this is still not the healthiest treat there is, it's certainly better for you than store bought.
