Are you Pakistani? Indeed, you are totally right, Aniza. If you are not used to spicy food, some dishes can be very difficult to eat. I like mutanjan, but some dishes are too spicy for me. All the best. :tiphat:
Heart! We will forget him!
You an I, tonight!
You may forget the warmth he gave,
I will forget the light.

When you have done, pray tell me
That I my thoughts may dim;
Haste! lest while you're lagging.
I may remember him!

I've eaten Biryani and loved it! Nihari sounds like a lot of work but I'm sure the end result is delicious too!

Yes I do. I prefer spicy Pakistani food. My favorite dish is Biryani and Okra (bhindi).

Aniza Butt wrote: 25 Jun 2019, 07:45 Pakistani food is rich in flavour and is an important part of pakistani tradition. Famous Pakistani dishes include Biryani(a dish of rice and chicken/beef/mutton), kheer (a sweet , kind of rice pudding cooked with sugar and milk), Nihari( a meat stew cooked overnight) and much more. Did you ever tasted any of them? If yes, what do you think about it?

I have never tried Pakistani good but I will soon enough. I got a recipe book with some of the most Pakistani foods and I cannot wait to see what the finished product look like.
