I also prepare it with beans, with vegetables (fried rice), with tomato paste (jollof rice), or with coconut (coconut rice).
Rice is a staple for me, I prepare it in many ways, depending on my mood.

Fried rice with vegetables, innards and meat
Jollof rice with meat,maybe some vegetables.

Yes! I love rice with Dal or curry.
