Those recipes are a bit outside if my comfort zone. I like rice with common and tastier things like beef stew, liver, cabbage, pilau, egg curry, chicken curry and salads on the side. Very tasty.

Anything soupy enough to give the whole dish a burst of flavor. I love salty-sour stuff to go with it like salsa or even some sweet coleslaw. Rice is pretty versatile, you can even make it into a dessert.

I am from the Caribbean and I'm kinda a picky eater as well, so I eat rice basically every day. I eat it with chicken, pork, turkey neck, beef, cabbage (rice with cabbage is my favourite), oxtail and so much more. It never gets boring for me because of the different ways you can cook rice and all of its complementary sides. i love rice a lot :) :D

Veggie/lentil medley is so fun to say! Would you Perhaps you'd like to share your recipe?

I love to eat rice with properly prepared chicken stew, fried plantain, and coleslaw. A close alternative would be Spicy friend rice.

I eat rice because of sushi. I enjoyed it with pork or mango on it. I even want rice if it has lettuce and many different sauces.

I eat rice with a viand because that’s what Filipinos do. The most favorite viand I pair with rice is an Inasal Chicken. It tastes like sweet and a perfect match with a soy sauce poured with lemon.

I like to eat rice with fish and vegetables. I also serve chicken divan over rice. Wild rice or jasmine rice go well with shish kebabs.

Soups, stews, stir-fry, salads, meat. You can eat anything with rice. It's very versatile.
