Hi there! I have recently started the keto diet. For those who do not know what keto is I highly suggest you google it as it may provide valuable information to you. My fellow keto people, I would like to know what recipies are staples for you and if there are any good recipe books for keto meals. Thanks a bunch in advance!

I think this is a great conversation starter and also a real need for those doing keto out there. My mom found it hard to find good recipies, my neice makes a hobby out of shearching for ideas and jas found some she really likes.
Are you a non dairy keto person?

The easy ketogenic diet five ingredient cook book on Amazon has some great recipes in it! My favorite things are fat bombs 😋
