What can I make for dinner?

I'm thinking about rice or spaghetti, a soup, something interesting..

Any type of lasagna, shepherds pie, taco salad (made with chips), stuff bell pepper casserole (diced peppers, onions, meat, rice and cheese in a casserole-our kids love this one), Steak or pork chops topped with sauteed onions or vegetables and cheese.

How about flour tortillas with scrambled eggs and fried sliced hot dogs. You can make the tortillas by adding
2/3 a cup of shortening to
3 cups of flour then add
2 teaspoons of salt and
2 teaspoons of baking powder add
Water till correct kneading dough knead well then devide into inch and a half peices roll up amd set to rise then flatten on to tin foil
Place foil up on hot gridle remove foil shortly afterwards. Cook well then flip amd cook other side.

If you want to make dinner avoid having heavy food. Go with light food for easy digestion.

I just read a post where the author explained that he/she cooks pasta in the spaghetti sauce. I think that’s easy and yummy! That’s what I’m making tonight. I hope you find something you like.

I love damplings or "souzi" in the evenings. "Souzi" is a Georgian dish that has meat and boiled vegetables to it.
