Most of the time I take black tea but there's a brand names khaima that makes a cranberry and apple flavored tea that is divine.

Apple and cinnamon is a great tasting tea. I don't like green tea because it's taste is just appalling.

I'm English and really love to drink a lot of cups of tea. So, I do nothing to challenge the stereotype about the English and their tea!!

Mainly I drink the traditional English Breakfast blend with a little bit of milk.

Recently I have been drinking more fruit, herb and green teas.

I like the Pukka teas. I like the blend called Cleanse which is fennel, nettle and peppermint. I also like a mint matcha blend which includes green tea, spearmint, peppermint and Matcha.

It may sound hilarious, but I’d love to suggest milk tea. It’s so palatable, and I am so in love to have it. However, we should always assess and regulate ourselves partaking in one.

Green tea so far. Green tea has a lot to offer, especially in our toxins. I am on a regular diet, so green tea indeed helps me in many ways.

My favorite tea is a traditional Chinese tea which is “Oolong Tea.” Oolong tea usually tastes floral, fruity, and has a thick mouthfeel. The reason that I like Oolong tea is its acquiring taste and heard about some health benefits such as lower cholesterol, increase mental alertness, digestion, and prevent tooth cavity/ decay.

I really love mint tea, but particularly when made with real mint leaves as they make it in Morocco. I also really enjoy cinnamon tea if I can find it.
