When I was sick, I prefer take chicken porridge, chicken soup, or tofu. Soft, melt, nice on my tongue.

Falling sick for me is a nightmare. I find it difficult to eat anything, so I just sleep till I get okay.

When I am sick I generally lose my appetite. But of course i need to eat to help me feel better, so i go for hot and peppery meals.

It depends on what type of sickness it it.

Last time I had malaria, everything tasted like foam. Literally!
Even hot chocolate was nauseating to me.

Pepper soup(very spicy) is great.
Little garri in a lot of water always does the trick too.

I am so traditional. I crave chicken noodle soup, beefed up though! I add extra everything, cooked separately in a pan so the extra chicken gets crispy, then add the pan ingredients to the soup. Then, I have a cherry coke on the side.

Am usually undecided on the type of good to it. I usually go with anything that suites me at that moment.

i don't like to eat anything greesy but rather a dry thing like fruit or just a salade

I know it might sound weird for those who never tried it. But my mom once cooked it when I was a child and was sick. The milky noodle soup. Still my favorite 'sick food'. :D

It might sound gross but one time when I had a stomach bug I ate white rice with pinto beans and spinach and it was extremely good. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to hold it down long enough to enjoy it.

When I am sick I lose my appetite for everything so I usually don't eat. I just drink tea and nibble on a slice or bread or something. But definitely something warm/hot like soup.
