I prefer to have a cup of coffee or hot tea to sip on while I read. I am currently drinking Caramel Apple tea!

If I am reading on my laptop I will often snack on chips/crackers. If I'm reading a physical book, however, I'm too paranoid that I'll get food/grease on it!

Yes to coffee and tea! Actually, any warm drink is good. I feel like it adds to the experience. :D I avoid food, though.

If you have any lemons lying around, I'd totally recommend hot lemonade. It's the juice of half a lemon and some honey added to a mug of hot water. It's so so good, and somehow even better when paired with a nice book! :D

Always a cup of coffee or some green tea! No food, because I'd hate to get crumbs on the book or my laptop.

Same, coffee or tea is my go-to. While I don’t eat while I read a physical book, I do like popcorn when I read on my kindle.

I like taking mocha breaks. My copycat version of a Starbucks? Mix some hot chocolate in your coffee! Pennies compared to forking out $5.00!

I enjoy snacks as well, but more when I am reading online at the desktop. I find that I will usually only have a drink if I have a physical book in my hand.

I am an avid tea drinker, so hot or cold doesn't matter , except for the weather outside. I will drink coffee as well.

Oh that sounds like a good idea! I may have to try that today or over the weekend. I believe this weekend is going to be a good day to read.

Popcorn is a snack that I rarely have, but I could do that while reading on my Kindle as well.

I have a friend that is the same way. She refuses to eat while reading due to crumbs. I completely understand.

I personally have never heard of warm lemonade. I would not try it, but if anyone does please share it with us. I do not like lemonade or lemons for that matter.

Nowadays, I drink a ton of tea whenever I sit down to read or study or get anything done in general. I used to drink a ton of coffee, but the caffeine content started negatively impacting me. Other than that, I usually go for any warm drink -- including lemon/ginger tea w/ honey.
