Fruit would always be a preference, but I would never turn down a hearty vegetable soup or a plate of vegetables. I enjoy combining the two in a salad as well.

You are absolutely correct. But I prefer fruits just for convenience and ease of preparation. All I have to do is wash it, cut it, if I must, and throw it into my mouth.

Fruits are sweet and they are nutritional too. They should be taken with caution.

Both! I like to mix my fruits and veggies. A green smoothie with spinach, kale, apples and blueberries is great. A salad with spinach, strawberries, blueberries and dried cranberries is equally delicious. There are so many ways to mix fruits and veggies to get the daily recommended amount.

Fruits all day. But sometimes that crunch of a carrot is satisfying.

While I value both, I incline towards the freshness of fruits. The burst of natural sweetness and juiciness adds a refreshing element to my daily diet.

I love both fruits and veggies and most of my diet is comprised of both. There are so many sweet and delicious fruits that I love such as oranges, bananas, dates, cherries, blueberries, and strawberries, to name a few. I always enjoy my fruits raw. I do also crave vegetables. Except for salads, I tend to cook my veggies. Both fruits and veggies are super important for good health.
