I am definitely eat both alot, however i try to snack on fruits and eat veggies in main meals, one way or another, bananas though, I can't get enough of them :lol:

Fruits for me. Although I now enjoy vegetables, it is indeed advisable to eat fruits. Hence, I eat one every single day.

To choose between Veggy or Fruity, I would choose fruity. Fiber, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and plant components are all abundant in both. Fruits and vegetables are also low in salt and fat by nature. Fruits, as you might anticipate given their sweet flavor, have a higher natural sugar and calorie content than most vegetable species.

I like them both...especially when I'm on the keto diet. I don't prefer either. Some vegetables are not the best tasting but cooking well is a skill you need for vegetables.
