I discovered bread making during the pandemic and I found it super relaxing. I always wanted to make bread but it seemed super complicated.

The first recipe I started with was this recipe: https://youtu.be/BGT-ond7kb0?si=OWMHayal3uj2wdYo

Which is a family recipe, I just found this lady following it. It can be modified into herb rolls or other kinds of rolls. However I love to make them as the recipe states and eat them with Apple butter.

Generally, I just love baking but one of my favorites is banana bread.

I have followed some recipes on YouTube and tried some, especially during Covid lockdown.

Yes, I've tried bread baking, but I'm not particularly skilled at it. It's a fun and rewarding activity, though, and I appreciate the aroma of freshly baked bread filling the kitchen. I might need more practice to perfect my bread-making skills!

I love baking bread, although I don't make it often because of the time it takes. It's rewarding and smells so good when it's fresh. I think I'm going to try baking bread in my air fryer; I have noticed this online and it seems to work well.

I tried baking bread many years ago and always had trouble getting it to rise properly. I failed more than I succeeded, so I gave up. These days I rarely eat bread, but it would be nice to be able to bake my own and know that it would turn out good every time!

I love baking bread! It is the science part of it I like the best. I like to see how well the gluten is developed by stretching out the dough. And who can resist the smell of baking bread?

I do admit I have had a lot of failures but that is part of the fun and challenge. I use a lot of advice and recipes from a site called Sally's Baking Addiction.

I remember the last time I tried to bake bread, it was a disaster. I will definitely try again and I hope it turns out well.

I have once in my lifetime tried to bake bread. Even tho my family used to bake a lot earlier, the one I made had rosemary. It is not the spice our taste buds are used to so we didn't like it and I haven't tried since then.
