Lunch, I guess. Starting mornings without food is just not happy for me.

Breakfast because I wake up to drink water on an empty stomach and I have to eat after about 45 mins or so.

I don't mind skipping dinner. I generally do a late lunch which carries me over to morning.

I don't think I can skip any meal. Freshman year of my high school I would skip lunch to go read in the library (food wasn't allowed in the library so it was either one or the other). However, it started to take a toll on me and I would get headaches anytime I skipped lunch. Now I get headaches anytime I skip a meal or don't eat every couple of hours, so I always try to make sure I'm eating even if it is just a light snack like fruit.

Breakfast.
I have never been an early eater.

I can skip breakfast. Most of the time, I am not hungry in the morning but make myself eat something small.

Breakfast. I never did learn eating in the morning. I always put it off later in the day. And if I do eat breakfast, it might be because I did not eat dinner.

That's easy. Breakfast. For some reason, breakfast has always made me nauseous

Although I wake up fairly early, between seven and ten, but I tend to skip breakfast. I usually don´t feel like having anything early at the morning so my first meal is at one thirty. I call it a breakfast but actually it´s some kind of a lazy brunch throughout the week.

Lunch is the easiest meal to skip and just wait for dinner.

If I'm taking a break from "the healthy life style", I'd skip breakfast. But normally, dinner is the one skipped.
