I measure salt by taste. I don’t think I have ever measured it any other way.

I am really good at this. No measurement required. I just feetch and sprinkle and 9 out of 10 times it's accurate!

I measure based on instinct. I add as much as I feel is enough. On most days, I am more likely to under-salt than over-salt.

I struggle a lot because my meals used to never have enough salt. Me and my family use little amounts of salt anyways so lately I've just been adding a little bit more than I would normally do and it has been working for me.
Constantly tasting while cooking is super helpful to achieve great taste, but try starting with less and building up until it is good.

The amount of salt to put is relative to the food you are cooking. That is my theory

Salt is a key ingredient in food and when put in excess or very little, the whole meal can be terrible. Ever since I started cooking, I don't measure salt. I just estimate and it turns out good. I learnt this from my mum who also never measures.

I do measure salt because it can even put ones health at risk if used in excess.

I'm used to not measuring salt. I just estimate the quantity then taste to see if it is enough or not. Fortunately, this method has never let me down.

I use a tablespoon to measure salt. According to the quantity of the dish, I get a rough idea of how much salt to add. Usually, I get the right amount but, just to make sure I do taste the dish.

I don't use any measuring spoon for salt. When I am cooking, I put the salt with my bare hand without measuring it. At first, I put less amount of salt and then add more, if needed.

I never measure it with a spoon or anything. Just use my fingers. Then the smell and colour of the food tells me if it anymore salt is necessary or not.

I don’t usually measure salt. I just get a pinch of it using my bare hand and taste with guts lol.
