I understand, what i try to do to keep a track of my water intake is to fill a litre bottle of water and finish it for the day. I think that roughly covers my 8 glasses of water.

On most days I am able to achieve this but sometimes when I am very busy, I end up with 3-4 glasses only

I don't drink that much except if I have the water with me in a bottle 24/7. It's not in my nature to drink water a lot but I'm really trying to improve.

I always have difficulty following this rule. It's so easy to forget on most days!

I've been having a hard time with this lately. I like the suggestions to have a certain amount set out as you start your day to hold yourself accountable.

I drink water as much as I can. I can't force myself to drink only to throw up later.

It was difficult at first, but I eventually got used to it. I presume you should have a larger container that you can bring with you everywhere you go so that you can drink whenever you want. Drinking eight glasses of water every day can really change your life.

I think it depends on everyone's body and their ability to digest it.

It isn't easy, I'd much rather drink tea than water. I've taken to keeping a bottle in my room. Since it's where I am the most, for now.

I was once adviced to drink 3 litre of water per day. At first I found it difficult to keep track.
I used a one litre water bottle and drank a litre/4hours . Now I am used to it. With my exercise routine, it keeps me healthy.

I struggle to get in 8 glasses of water a day. I drank a gallon of water a day for a long time and I think it really helped my body, but I felt like I was thinking about when to drink it all day. I would like to try it again though because I think it could help my acne and my bloated stomach. Using mio or other flavoring would be helpful to get those 8 glasses of water in.

I can since I had my UTI. Drinking more than 8 glasses of water is just a thing. Though the consequence is having to pee all the time, the amount of hydration that helps your body is innumerable.
