On most days I am able to, however, on such days I make frequent bathroom trips. Working from home is very convenient. :)

Everytime I start the rule I don't even last a week. It's really hard to follow up especially if you have a lot of activities, you'll often forget to drink all those glasses. However, I'd recommend people to take it seriously as it has many health benefits.

Following the eight day rule rule depends on how busy my day is, but if I am home I think it is easier to follow the rule.

I also can't keep track of how many glasses of water I drank, and that's why I carry a bottle with me which helps me to achieve my target. Like, I don't have to get up again and again if I'm busy. So, yeah, this method works the best for me.

I find it very difficult to keep this rule. Sometimes I even end up drinking one glass of water in a day.

This rule is one of the hardest to follow. Most of us, if not all, lack the skill of consistency and that is the problem. It requires determination in order to manage to continue doing it without being told.

I cannot force myself to follow this rule, though I have increased my water intake slightly with a few sips here and there. I work on my feet all day on a hot production floor, where staying hydrated is important, however, I cannot make a run to the bathroom every 5 minutes. Even if I were able to, it is a 2 minute walk from my station, 3 minutes to rid myself of my ppe, bathroom break, 3 minutes to gear back up, and another 2 minute walk... I just cannot do this repeatedly. My boss would freak.

I have a 32 oz hydro flask. I just make sure to drink at least two of those a day. Really I feel better when I drink 3. Before that, I liked to have a pretty pitcher in the kitchen that I filled up and made it a goal to drink the whole thing in a day.

I know the rule but very rarely do I meet the 8 glasses. I maybe get 3-4 into me a day. But I am trying to improve it as a goal this year.

I normally drink more water in a day than the 8 glasses rule. To me, water is more healthy than beverages or soft drinks that some people I know prefer to drink. So, I carry my bottle of water in my bag anytime I'm going out.

I used to be very careless about my daily water intake. Also, it's hard to meet the requirement when you're out most of the time. But I've been able to keep tabs on it since the pandemic started. We're home all the time and I also got an app to remind me to drink water. It's helping.

That's a rule I try to follow. Unfortunately, most of the time I can't.

Yes, I can, since I am really keen on drinking water. But, the most condescending part I think is, peeing most of the time. I wish our comfort room would not get mad at my presence for always entering its kingdom lol
