It is actually very easy for me to drink a gallon of water a day. I drink water mostly anyway.

I love drinking water and so I drink loads. I don’t keep any other drinks in my home, apart from coffee and tea, otherwise it’s water all the way!

If I'm at work I easily surpass this rule. While at home it is a different story, I have to consciously make an effort to drink that much water. I usually end up substituting water with flavored drinks like tea or lemonade to drink what I'm supposed to.

I am impressed with anyone who can honestly say they drink 8 glasses of water per day. I have tried but no success so far.

I don't drink water as often as i should, hopefully I get rid of such habits soon. I'd try to keep up with my water intake. They're days I'm just not ready to have anything pass down my throat.

I don't keep tabs on the amount of water I consume daily, but to be honest I don't really drink water either. Unless I set an alarm for it or when I'm dyhadrated

I usually don't remember to drink water that often but try to drink at least three glasses a day.

Most days I meet the rule and other days I break it.

I find it quite easy to this, I strangely like water. However, when I’m busy I tend to forget. When I do keep this rule I notice a bit of positive difference.

I don't drink up to 8 glasses per day, but I feel I drink just enough water. And I stay hydrated

I try to. But i always lose the track somewhere with work and other stuff and end up either going above 8 glasses or way below it.

I find that tracking is hard for me and I often overthink it. I drink from a waterbottle that's not really a standard size so it's hard enough to track that, and while I'm out of the house I often refill it before it's completely empty. Instead, I try to keep the bottle with me at all times, take a sip every hour or so, and get through at least a bottle or two's worth.
